This page sets out the professional and voluntary leadership roles I currently hold, alongside ongoing study and learning. It is intended as a factual record rather than a statement of achievement, and will be updated as roles change over time.
Professional work
Business Manager, Maverick AV
TD SYNNEX
I work within TD SYNNEX in a senior business management role, leading the Maverick AV business unit. My responsibilities span commercial performance, vendor and partner relationships, and the development of people and capability across the team.
The role involves holding responsibility across sales, category, and operational functions, and supporting others to deliver consistently in a complex organisational environment. Much of the work focuses on clarity, prioritisation, and enabling sound decision-making rather than direct control.
Voluntary service
Regional Commissioner (South East)
St John Ambulance
I serve as a Regional Commissioner within St John Ambulance, with responsibility for leadership, oversight, and support across a large and diverse volunteer community in the South East of England.
The role includes working with senior volunteer leaders, supporting assurance and governance, and helping shape how service is delivered locally in response to community need. Authority in this context is relational rather than contractual, requiring judgement, trust, and consistency over time.
Trustee
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Community Foundation
I serve as a trustee of Hampshire & Isle of Wight Community Foundation, supporting the strategic stewardship of grant-making and local philanthropic activity across the region.
This role involves collective responsibility for governance, long-term sustainability, and the effective distribution of resources to support communities and voluntary organisations. It contributes to my understanding of place-based impact, oversight, and the responsibilities that sit with trusteeship.
Study and learning
BA (Hons) Business Leadership and Management (Degree Apprenticeship)
University of Portsmouth
Alongside full-time professional and voluntary roles, I am completing a degree apprenticeship in Business Leadership and Management. My studies focus on leadership, ethics, organisational practice, and applied decision-making, and are closely integrated with my professional responsibilities.
Learning is treated as an ongoing practice rather than a discrete phase, informing how I approach both work and service.
Bringing these together
These roles are not experienced in isolation. Professional leadership, voluntary service, trusteeship, and formal study each inform how I understand responsibility, how I support others, and how I navigate complexity in practice.
Taken together, these professional and voluntary leadership roles reflect how responsibility is carried across work, service, governance, and learning, rather than confined to any single setting.
This page exists to provide a clear and current account of where responsibility sits, not as a complete career history, but as a factual record of roles held at this point in time.
