I write from time to time.
When I do, it is usually as a way of making sense of experience rather than offering commentary or opinion. The writing here is shaped by work, service, learning, and the responsibilities that accompany each, and is grounded in what I am encountering rather than what is current or pressing.
There is no fixed schedule, and no expectation of regular output. Writing appears when something feels worth setting down, not when there is pressure to respond or contribute to ongoing conversation.
The subjects vary, but often return to leadership, organisational life, voluntary service, judgement, learning, and the spaces between formal roles. Some pieces are reflective, others more analytical. All are written without agenda, and without an expectation of reply.
